- 1/2 cucharadita de levadura química
- 1 pizca de sal
- 2 huevos 150 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra
- 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla o avellana
Elaboración:
En un cuenco ponemos los copos de avena, la harina, el azúcar moreno, la levadura y la sal, y lo mezclamos todo.
En otro recipiente mezclamos los huevos, el aceite y la esencia y lo incorporamos a la anterior mezcla. Mezclamos todo, sólo he utilizado para mezclar una espátula, no hace falta batidora ni mezcladora.
Una vez que está todo mezclado, formamos bolitas que aplanamos con la mano y colocamos en una bandeja de horno.
